If you take your cursor and start at the front the of the URL CLICK AND HOLD DOWN on the mouse as you move to the end of the URL and you will see it highlighted as above ( you can highlight the URL below ). Once you have highlighted the URL.

Once high lighted press the CTRL and C highlighted in the picture above to copy.
The two keys highlighted in the picture are for the windows user and for the those of you who use MAC, press command key and the C key at the same time to copy.

IF YOU AREN'T LOGGED INTO YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT
If you don't know how to reach your GMAIL go to the google home screen and click the button GMAIL highlighted above!
If you have trouble finding the google home screen simply go to google.com by clicking the button below.
IF you are not logged in to a google a account go to the next step.

If you aren't logged in you will end up at page with these options. If you know you email try the Sign In option or if you are unable to get into your account you can simply create a new email by clicking the Create an Account option. From there follow the steps.
ONCE IN YOUR IN YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT.

You will see a button like the one highlighted in the upper left of your screen. Click this button to start a new email to send.
Once YOU ARE COMPOSING YOUR EMAIL.

ONCE IN YOUR IN YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT.
Once you are composing your email, in a window like the one above. Enter your friends email, and then click the highlighted dropdown above or simply hit the the enter key and then you are able to enter a second email address. Please include the email shown so we know that you referred the individual.

As you can see there are two email addresses entered separated by a comma which will appear after you enter the first email and press the enter button.
Then the subject you will need to type in the manually as, Diabetes Program Referral.
Lastly, where you see the highlighted section with the URL. When you get to the message section of the email pressing CRTL + V in the section that is highlighted will paste the URL you copied earlier with step two.
NOTE: the example gmail IS NOT an email associated with us, it is just for demonstration.

NOW HIT THE SEND BUTTON!

There is a button at the bottom left of the window where you are composing your email.
Simply click the send button with a left click on your mouse and your done!
You have successfully referred a friend!

Please note arrival after 4:30 PM decreases your chance of being seen on the same day.
WALK-IN VISITS ARE VIDEO CONSULTATIONS CONDUCTED BY ONTARIO LICENSED PHYSICIANS.
THERE ARE NO PHYSICAL DOCTORS ON-SITE.
