WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE 4TH DOSE?

Eligibility for 2nd Booster Dose: (for those who received a two-dose series plus one booster shot)

*Now available for those 18 + years of age and 3 months after their 1st booster

vaccination with informed consent ( 5 months after the first booster without informed consent*

Eligibility for 2nd Booster Dose:

Residents of long-term care homes, retirement homes, Elder Care Lodges, and elderly (65 years of age and older) living in other congregate settings providing assisted-living and health services (see this guidance document for examples) may receive a second booster (fourth dose), if at least three months, or 84 days, have passed since the individual's first booster (third dose).

Individuals aged 60 years and older may receive a second booster (fourth dose), if at least five months (140 days), have passed since the individual's first booster (third dose).

Do we carry PFIZER?

YES! We offer PFIZER for adults and children ages 5 - 11 yrs.

If you are looking to get PFIZER, we offer booster shots without an appointment during the following hours:

Can you mix your doses?

ANSWER:

If you are wondering if you can get MODERNA for your booster after receiving the first two doses of PFIZER, yes, you can.

The same is true for the reverse. If you have had MODERNA for your first two doses, you can get PFIZER for your third dose.
